Lemala Mara North Luxury Serengeti Camp
Lemala Mara North Luxury Serengeti Camp. Lemala is an excellent product that provides a pleasant tented experience. Lemala Serengeti migrates north and south, and the campgrounds are in excellent places. It’s not Alex Walker’s Serian, but it’s extremely reasonably priced and doesn’t promise to be.
Lemala Luxury Serengeti Camp: The Facts
Lemala Serengeti is a mobile tented camp that moves with the migration. Lemala Serengeti can be found in the Ndutu section of the southern Serengeti from December to April. From mid-April to early July, it resides in the middle Serengeti, and from July to early November, it goes to the northern Serengeti, specifically the Kogatende area. Because it follows the migration, you can rely on the camp location to provide an enjoyable Serengeti safari experience. Perfect for adventure-seeking honeymooners!
Lemala, like all of the Serengeti mobile tented camps, is built of canvas structures, and the main area is open and expansive. All meals and evening drinks are served in the main tented unit, which resembles a mess tent but has higher-quality furniture and a more sophisticated décor. This is the communal room, which has a bar and sofas with a fantastic view of the Serengeti. There is a fire place a short distance from the main mess area.
The camp is modest, with just 12 Meru-style safari tents. These are fairly large and provide excellent views of the surrounding bush. They offer huge beds, a writing desk, deck chairs for your veranda, ample storage, and clean bathrooms with running water and showers in the back. The showers are bucket showers, although this makes no significant difference. The rooms are also available in triple and twin configurations.
Daytime game drives are conducted with semi-open sided vehicles and knowledgeable guides.
