Lemala Ewanjan | Serengeti National Park

Lemala Ewanjan | Serengeti National Park. Ewanjan Tented Camp, which opened in 2010, is excellently placed in the central Serengeti area of the Seronera Valley, which is well-known for its plentiful resident game and high predator populations. Ewanjan offers a beautiful setting away from the people, perfect for truly seeing the fauna of this area without continually encountering another car.

Ewanjan is at its peak when the migration passes through the Seronera Valley; nevertheless, the camp also works well when combined with its sister mobile camps in Ndutu from December to March and the Mara River from July to October.

Lemala Ewanjan Tented Camp: The Facts

Ewanjan is Lemala’s permanent tented alternative in the central Serengeti; it is a significant upgrade from its mobile services and offers a touch of luxury in the Seronera area. This area is well-known for its abundant resident wildlife and can easily be combined with a twin center safari in the Serengeti.

The camp now offers 12 huge and spacious luxury safari tents with two queen beds as standard and en-suite facilities, a flushing toilet, hot and cold safari bucket showers, wooden furniture and floors, 24-hour solar illumination, and a variety of other amenities. You can sit outside on two comfortable seats and read a book or watch the sun set over the Serengeti.

The mess tent is overly extravagant, with enormous comfortable leather sofas, chandeliers, stylized wooden furniture, rugs, and a colonial-style center bar selling drinks. Pre-dinner cocktails are offered with views of the setting sun before heading inside to dine on the chef’s masterpieces. An excellent complement to any Tanzania safari.
