Maji Moto Selous is the sister camp to Kilimatonge in Ruaha. It is completely private and is set in the heart of the Selous Wilderness. It is a truly mobile camp that is great for safari-goers who want a wild and traditional experience.

The cabin is in the Selous Game Reserve, right next to one of the big Selous lakes, and has stunning views all around.

Maji Moto is very private, and there is only one group at a time. It is like its sister camp, Kilimatonge. Up to 12 tents can be set up at the camp, but only as many are needed for each group so that everyone feels really close and private. It’s perfect for pairs who want a private experience or for bigger groups who want to plan their own safari. There are also good deals for bigger groups, which makes it a great deal.

Because there are no fixed buildings, the camp looks great with its natural setting. Each tent has its own bathroom and is very comfortable. Safaris in 4×4 vehicles are the main thing to do here, but you can also go on walking safaris or lake safaris by boat.
