Entamanu Ngorongoro has six canvas rooms that are set up on wooden platforms. Two of the rooms are family rooms, which are made up of two full-size rooms and a bathroom that is shared by both. Each room has its own bathroom with hot and cold running water and a toilet that flushes. Every effort has been made to make this harsh place more comfortable.
Entamanu Ngorongoro, whose name means “circle” in Maa, is the only place in the world where you can see both the Crater and the Serengeti. The newest place to stay in Ngorongoro, Entamanu Ngorongoro Private, is from Nomad. made up of four rooms made of wood, cloth, and blass. There are two rooms that are great for families. The fact that Entamanu Private is its own camp makes it great for families or groups with more than six adults. It’s a great place for the whole family because kids over five are welcome.
You get your own private guide and car with the camp, and fun things like a cook-out breakfast or lunch really make your Crater trip stand out.
Entamanu Private and Mkombe’s House in the Serengeti work great together to make the Northern Circuit in Tanzania feel private and close. Even though the Crater has great opportunities to see wildlife and do fun things, you only need to stay here for a couple of nights because there aren’t many things to do.
Going into the Serengeti and Mkombe’s House in the Kogatende region is a great place to stay while exploring the Lamai part of the famous National Park. From July to October is the best time to see wildlife because that’s when the wildebeest make their Great Migration, crossing the Mara River to get to the northern parts of the Serengeti.
