Seyyida Hotel and Spa
Seyyida Hotel and Spa. Seyyida, Kono Kono, and Kasha are all from the same family and are all under the same roof. A lack of consistency and care is something that it has in common with the other two beach lodges, which is a shame. The view of the harbor from the room is beautiful. The rooms are very big, and the hotel makes the main area look nice with good services and finishing. But staying here is very risky, so you should really think about staying somewhere more safe, like the Serena Inn, the Beyt Al Chai, or the Zanzibar Palace.
The Truth About the Seyyida Hotel Zanzibar
In the northern part of Stone Town, about 100 yards from the coast, you can find Seyyida. The House of Wonders is right in front of it, and the Forodhani Gardens are to the left. It wouldn’t take long to get to the airport.
From the pretty run-down streets of Stone Town, the entrance to the hotel jumps out. It’s very modern, and there are lots of plants and flowers in the lobby, halls, and stairs. In fact, it looks great, and the modern inside is a nice change from the rest of Stone Town. The common area is about four stories up on the top floor, with a great view of the harbor and ocean. There is a roof over the bar and living area, and an open-air restaurant and eating area that sticks out into the water.
All 17 of the rooms are really nice. The beds are very big, and there are high mosquito nets, TVs, air conditioning, and beautiful new baths. Every room has a different view. Some have views of the water, while others have views of Stone Town.
At the front desk, you can book any tour of Stone Town, including tours of the town’s past, the market, dolphin tours, trips to Prison Island, spice tours, and more. This is a great way to spend some time after a beach break in Tanzania.
